What do you look for in a realtor? 

If I was looking to purchase or sell a home, I would want my realtor to be someone who valued themselves and the work that they do. Someone who is personable and down to Earth. They would be a person who was genuine and truly loves what they do. 

Kait is the true definition of that. When she contacted me to take her branding photos, we immediately hit it off. We had a mini consult about what she was looking for and what she wanted to portray in her photos. She was professional, yet fun and easy going. 

We decided that Mimi’s Coffeehouse of Hardwick was the best place for the job. It is the cutest little coffee shop in the quintessential New England town of Hardwick. Mimi’s gave us all of the options we were looking for and with the common across the street, we were able to grab some outside shots too. 

If you’re in the market to sell or buy, Kait is your girl. She’s a stepmom and says it is the best thing she’s ever done. Her and her husband, Brandon, spend a lot of time in the woods hiking, biking, and traveling. Kait’s favorite place to be is in their boat on the ocean. The beach is her happy place. Their dog, Tae, goes on all of the adventures with them. They love to camp and host parties.
