Countryside Customs Branding Session | Massachusetts

Branding sessions are so much fun. I get to go into businesses and learn about why they do what they do. They show me the heart and soul that they put into their business.

Ben from Countryside Customs in New Braintree contacted me to do a branding session for their business. What is Countryside Customs, you ask? They are a small, family owned and operated auto body shop. From collision repair to custom fabrication and builds to custom paint jobs and restorations, they do it all. 

From the moment I stepped into their workspace, it felt like a family. It made me want to work there even though I know nothing about working on cars. I can change a tire and change my oil if need be, but that’s just about it! Everyone got along and moved around each other flawlessly, and even playfully joked with each other. 

Each person has their own specialty and brings something to the table. 

First up is owner and lead tech, Ben. He does a little bit of everything and provides his employees with a safe, fun work environment. 

Dylan is an auto body tech and fabricator. You’ll see him welding, filling, or petting Auto. 

Riley is an auto body tech and painter. Occasionally, you’ll see him detailing vehicles before they leave the shop. 

Rob is the shop manager and parts coordinator. You’ll see his smiling face at the desk when you walk in with Auto by his side. 

And last but certainly not leas is Auto! He provides canine therapy for everyone in the shop. Bringing smiles for all who cross his path. 

When talking to Ben about what he wanted to portray in this branding session, he stressed that he wanted everyone to know that they were caring and compassionate about their work. Countryside Customs takes pride in their craftsmanship and truly cares about their customers vision.
